CRM Administrator - Cyprus

Overall Purpose of Role:

Directly responsible for quoting prices and offering up to date, accurate information to clients wishing to trade

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • To service clients with regards to their trading needs
  • To update market information on the EF trading Platform
  • Company Dealing System Maintenance
  • To assist clients with queries regarding trading
  • Internal services: To provide market information to sales and other colleagues

  • Languages

Other Features of Job (travel, hours of work, working conditions etc):

  • Work on shifts, Role of Trust
  • On call as and when required
  • Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Education, Qualifications and Training

Essential:

  • BSc degree in Finance or Economics (related experience could overcome the need for this)

Experience

Essential:

  • At least 2 years experience in a financial organization

  • Must be able to adopt sales techniques (previous sales experience is desirable)

CRM Administrator - Cyprus

Overall Purpose of Role:

Overall responsible for providing administrative support within the CRM (Customer Relations Management) team, pertaining to clients and client leads.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • To update and confirm client contact details on an ongoing basis resulting in an accurate client database
  • Lead registration through various sources
  • General Lead & Client approach
  • Responsible for sending introductory communication to leads and clients
  • Structured periodic communication (e-mail, phone call) to leads and clients ensuring continues contact and good customer service.
  • Ongoing promotional activity (e-mail, phone call) regarding special offers for either active or non active clients
  • Various other duties as and when required

Education, Qualifications and Training

Essential:

  • Associate Diploma/ HND or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant)
  • Excellent Computer training - Microsoft Office (Intermediate Level)
  • Languages: English

Experience

Essential:

  • 1-2 year experience in an office environment preferably with customer focus elements
